Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing and product specifications at any time prior to purchase.
Products
Tap Star products contain NFC chips pre-programmed with the Google review link you provide. You are responsible for supplying a correct and current link. Cards are reprogrammable and may be updated by you at any time.
Shipping & returns
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Faulty products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
- Custom-branded items may be non-refundable unless faulty.
Acceptable use
Tap Star products must be used in accordance with Google's review policies. You agree not to use them to solicit fake, incentivised or misleading reviews.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tap Star is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
