Free shipping, Australia-wide
Standard shipping is free on every Tap Star order, anywhere in Australia. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay - no surprise freight added at the end.
Dispatch times
Every card, plaque and stand is programmed to your Google review link and tested before it leaves us. Orders are dispatched from Adelaide, South Australia within 1-2 business days of payment.
Orders placed on weekends or SA public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Once dispatched, typical delivery times with Australia Post are: Adelaide metro 1-3 business days, other capital cities 2-5 business days, and regional areas 4-8 business days.
These are estimates - during peak periods Australia Post can take a little longer.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it door to door.
Need to change your address?
If you spot a mistake in your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible - we can update it any time before dispatch. Once an order is with Australia Post we can't redirect it.
Damaged or lost in transit
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, get in touch and we'll sort a replacement. Please include your order number and, for damage, a quick photo.
International orders
We currently ship within Australia only. If you're overseas and keen on Tap Star, contact us - enough interest and we'll make it happen.
