My card won't tap — what do I do?
Make sure NFC is switched on (Settings → Connections on Android; iPhones from the XS onwards tap automatically). Hold the top of your phone flat against the card for a second. If it still won't tap, scan the QR code on the card instead — it goes to the same place.
How do I change where my card sends people?
Log in to your dashboard and update your Google review link in Settings. Your card keeps working — no need to reprint. The change is instant.
I just got my card. How do I set it up?
Tap or scan your card, or open the link printed on it. If it isn't linked to your business yet, you'll be asked to log in and link it to your account in one tap.
Can I collect photos or video with feedback?
Yes — photos are included on Premium, and photos plus video on Ultimate. You can upgrade anytime from the Billing page in your dashboard.
How do I see my reviews and feedback?
Everything lands in your dashboard under Reviews. Premium and Ultimate plans can also read and reply to Google reviews directly from there.
